Our teachers and assistants are very experienced with physie and all share a passion and love for the sport.
As a non profit club, our teachers are volunteers and we are so grateful to have them!

Leonie Gray - Club Principal & Teacher
Ms Leonie has over 40 years of experience in four codes of physie and has achieved finals success numerous times. She has learnt to be a humble winner, graciousness in defeat as well as resilience and perseverance.
Ms Leonie’s love of physie is compounded by the wonderful life-long friends she has made over the years and enjoys the fun weekly catch-up with good friends. She has three young daughters who also share her passion for physie. She loves that her children will also understand the importance of good female friends and building each other up. Miss Leonie also loves the physical aspect of physie, maintaining her strength and flexibility.
​Ms Leonie is the Club Principal of Camden United Physie and Dance and is committed to providing a positive atmosphere for all members, making all girls and ladies feel a sense of belonging and acceptance from the moment they join the club. Ms Leonie will be co-teaching our Ladies class.

Mikayla Ashman - Teacher
Miss Mikayla started physie when she was just 2 years old and has competed individually and in team competitions ever since! Miss Mikayla joined our club in 2017 and her love for physie and support for our CUPAD community immediately shined bright! Miss Mikayla is a fantastic role model to our members at CUPAD as she reminds our girls and ladies to not only work hard but also to have fun!

Miss Mikayla has performed well at competitions over the years, progressing to the Division 1 Senior section in 2025!

Miss Mikayla will be teaching our 9-12 years class as well as co-teaching our Teens and Seniors classes. She is an asset to our CUPAD team and is supportive of the goals of each and every member!



Casey Jajjo - Teacher
Miss Casey was introduced to physie at a young age and has been in love with it ever since. She has over 20 years of physie experience and has always been the biggest supporter to her sisters and mother. Over the years, Miss Casey has made lifelong physie friends across a number of codes of physie and continues to cheer them on from near and far!

At CUPAD, she has performed well reaching national level across a number of codes of physie and most recently was awarded 6th place in the Ladies Division 1 section. Miss Casey has shown to be a dedicated and supportive teacher who believes in each and every member.
​
Miss Casey will be overseeing our 3-8 years class as well as co-teaching our Teens, Seniors & Ladies classes. She absolutely loves sharing her passion for physie with her students and watching as they improve and achieve!
Tara Robertson - Junior Teacher
Miss Tara has been a dedicated member of Camden United for over 10 years. She has competed in numerous individual and team events and has proudly represented our club within the community with enthusiasm and professionalism.

A joy both on and off the stage, Miss Tara never fails to bring smiles to the faces of our CUPAD members. She has progressed to Grand Final level and truly shines whenever she takes the floor.
​
Miss Tara began assisting our club in 2023 and is excited to take on greater responsibility with our 3–8s class in 2026. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for physie while supporting and inspiring some of our youngest members.
Chloe Gray - Junior Assistant Teacher
Miss Chloe is an energetic and enthusiastic physie girl who has grown up competing alongside her mum, sisters, and lifelong physie friends. She has experience across multiple physie codes and was most recently awarded 2nd place at the 2025 United Grand Final.

Miss Chloe has a genuine love for physie and a special passion for helping younger members learn, develop, and build confidence. She is excited to share her knowledge, support her students, and inspire the next generation of physie girls.

Miss Chloe is excited to be stepping into the role of Junior Assistant Teacher and will be assisting with our 3–8's class in 2026!
