About CUPAD

Camden United Physie & Dance (CUPAD) classes are held every Thursday afternoon/evening at the Narellan Family & Community Centre, conveniently located across the road from Narellan Town Centre Shopping Mall. Our classes are a fun and social way to enjoy fitness and make new friends. CUPAD welcomes new members of all ages and abilities to join and believes physie is for everyone! We encourage girls and women to support and uplift each other, celebrating each others successes and supporting each other through life's challenges. The club has a wonderful welcoming sense of community which is our greatest achievement of all!

Our classes are typically 45-60 mins long for each age group which is dependent on registration numbers as well as considering the ages and abilities of members in the class. Our experienced teaching team works together to provide a fun but productive time at physie each week. Together, CUPAD works towards learning and perfecting the syllabus, improving week by week. Our CUPAD teaching team also places importance on stretching and strengthening exercises which they believe are integral to their member's overall improvement. We wear active wear to class for ultimate comfort and have club uniforms available which we love to see our members wear to class and at competitions!

All members are welcome to come and simply join in on classes or compete at Club, Interclub, Team and Championship competitions. Competitions are held annually at an individual and team level. The competitions are not mandatory but are very rewarding and promote good sportsmanship and club spirit. The club has experienced a number of great achievements and success at competitions during it's 12 years.

CUPAD is lucky to have a number of mothers and daughters (Leslie and Angela pictured), sisters, dads and husbands involved in our club. Family time is very important to us and we love to combine family time with physie time!
